To our valued clients, we have an important service update designed to save you time and money. Moving forward, Open.Tours will no longer be accepting standard real estate photo bookings for tenant occupied properties.
Our schedule is increasingly busy, and since we were charging $150 for these shoots, we want to encourage you to do it yourself for as little as $25 per property using our app www.picaid.app. It's also available for iOS and Android phones.
There’s a common misconception that in-person photography is necessary to get quality results in challenging environments. The truth is, we have been using the PicAid app ourselves for these situations because it does such an incredible job of editing and decluttering. This was the very reason we designed it.
By using the app yourself, you are getting the exact same professional quality that we would provide you, just without the coordination headaches and high costs. This is also less intrusive for tenants who feel uncomfortable when a stranger is photographing all of their personal spaces and belongings.
If you have a very special or unique situation with a tenant occupied home that truly requires our in-person service in the York or Adams County areas, we want to help.
